A new offering!

Each month we will be offering small group workshops focused on different themes. These workshops will be opportunities to claim time for creativity and engage with others.

Note: this is NOT a therapy group - the focus is more on community, creativity, and expression.

The next workshop of 2025 will focus on building self-awareness, cultivating your relationship with self, and growing confidence and self-worth through creative expression.
